Was thinking an 11- 23 cassette

Anyone who recommends a cassette to you is p1ssing in the wind.
We've said what'll fit. We've said what the (long cage) RD wrap and largest sprocket spec is. We have no idea your riding 'style' nor your w/kg to get up whatever hills. We do now know you have a standard double.
If you're a "speed demon" then you'll be wanting a Sram cassette with a 10t to give you a longest gear length of 143".
What are the wheels with what freehub?

Im out of touch on this subject im not a speed demon im 68 kg 5 ft 11 and the wheels are zipp 404 tubular 700c
