Hi Folks,
I have a brand new SRAM T3 hub that is exhibiting an occasional gear shift problem. Some times when shifting down from 3 -> 2 it feels as though it is in neutral - i.e. no gear is engaged and pedals spinning freely. After a second or two like this, the mechanism clicks into place and all is fine. It's as though some of the pawls are stuck and not springing into position. As already stated, it only does it occasionally. Cable and trigger are all smooth and correctly adjusted. Any ideas?
