Has to be a sprint finish today doesn't it?

Or will there be a breakaway on the early slopes that holds on?

I expect early attacks by lots of Italians with no chance in GC.

What channel is it on? I checked ITV4 last night and its not shown on there as far as I can see. If its a satelite channel then I'm out of luck..?

Still under the weather, Noodley?

I'm shop-sitting for a friend and we there are very few punters so I'm watching The Wire on DVD and i-player till the Giro starts. Wasn't Quincy the bloke from the TV Odd Couple?

Breakaway - the key teams will want to save themselves for tomorrow.

Afraid so

Yes, Jack Klugman was Quincy and in the Odd Couple.

And Kojak is now on again, not as good a story as yesterday

I was thinking Cunego might try to go in the breakaway today. He's over 25 minutes down on GC so no-one is going to worry about him. He also took it really easy yesterday, finishing 11.53 after Pellizotti...

Surely it has to stay away with 25 riders. Popovych is the highest ranked rider at 16'43" plus the only 2 young rider contenders who are right behind him.

I reckon the peloton will come in about 5 minutes down - maybe AG2R, Caisse d'Epargne and Lampre leading the chase?
