Keep you warm on cold commutes I suppose.
Top speed of 20mph and can do 10 miles on one tank of water, which is strangely the same as me ^_^.

sorry to be a killjoy but is it a powered vehicle? If so will it need a
V5 registration
Insurance
MOT
Lights ect.
Also what about the boiler producing high pressure steam in public spaces.
Surely some extra certification needed there.

And that background music an whistle combo was the most annoying thing I've heard in years.

Not necessarily, it is possible to get a 'daytime' MOT, in which you just need a brake light..........................but I agree with the rest !

I've noticed lately there's a few bikes around where I live with retro fitted small engines on them. Surly there not road legal?.

As it's powered by petrol/kerosene, he's basically made a super-inefficient motorbike. Internal combustion engines have their problems but they're about four times more efficient than a decent steam engine.
