Stem angle - Blowing my mind

Basiclally I need or want my stem to be level.
The headtube angle on the bike is 71.5
What angle stem do I need to have the desired level stem?

Trying to work it out is giving me headaches...

It should be 90 - 71.5 so 18.5 degrees

A couple of degrees too high or low won't be obvious when viewed from most perspectives though.

Check out Specialized Body Geometry stems, which come with a tapered shim for fine tuning the angle.

Surely it's more important to have the bars at the correct height, which can be adjusted with spacers. Cheaper than trying to find a stem with an unusual angle.
