There,'s lots better ways of getting fit at home and few better ways of getting sore calves, knees and achilles. Be careful and build up. Better still do lots of squats with your heels on on the ground keeping your lower back as flat as possible. Build up in increments of 10 to try a maximum of 200 reps. Good luck for super toned legs and but.
