Stolen car?

So riding back from swimming a couple of weeks ago and some kid shouts something out the window as I pass - didn't quite catch it but it included f-in something or other..

Took a screen grab of the video and posted on twitter..

Anyway, looking through my pics just and randomly opened this picture and the first thing I saw was his hands - anyone else think it look like he has his sleeves pulled over his hands? Stolen car?

Stereotypically the face matches the car. He might have just had cold hands or been one of those people who chew their sleeves.
Could always send the number plate to the police non emergency and ask them to do a check, or report a suspected stolen car because of your suspicions.

I've just realised I know where that is. Comberton Road, at the junction with Chaddesley Road.

No idea whether the car might be stolen - perhaps sleeves longer than your arms is the latest bizarre fashion.
