Defiantly, secured by the front wheel, they nicked the bike and left the front wheel locked to whatever it was locked to, can't understand why they didn't nick a front wheel and sell it as a complete bike.

Might be worth asking the seller if they have the receipt and for the serial number.

I don’t know. I had both wheels nicked once. It was more expensive to replace them than get a whole new cheap bike. I didn’t even bother trying to sell what was left. It was my old Mongoose MTB that I did some touring on. Gutted.

Is it possible that the bike was secured via the frame & rear wheel and the front wheel was stolen. Also, that the owner wants to keep the charger for his/her other used electric bike which was bought after the front wheel theft?
