So we have these recessed down lights in the conservatory, and Mrs Smoo has been pecking my head as one of them wasn't sitting flush to the trim above it.
Can I get the damned thing to hold in, can I chuff :cursing:
I can't seem to find the same springy set up online for help, so do any CC'ers know how to get the astes things to fit please?
T.I.A. :thanks:

Looks like you might need to bend the clips more as when released they should be level with the light bezel. Might be worth pulling another light out (I know its a risk, but they sit flush).

If the hole is too big the clips don't hold well. The longer part of the spring holds the light by pulling against the upper surface of the ceiling. The shorter arms provide tension & should be in contact with the inner edges of the hole.

Ah yes. I'd be bending the larger clips a bit more.
