Strava activities.

I have noticed that several riders are adding the Strava stats. to their ride notes, I would be interested to know how this is done.

OK, worked it out. Go to your strava ride in web browser, click the share icon, then click "embed in blog"

Then you need to cut the underlined part out of the window that pops up

Paste just that bit

and voila!
