One only - the bloke on the left from EastEnders. No idea what his name is.
The cult of celebrity is indeed a strange beast.

Excellent show and a fitting tribute to Brucie.
Debbie McGee has to be a contender to make the final.
Brian Conley or that vicar lad who used to be in The Communards for first out.
She is 472 years old* though, so a bit of a head start seems fine to me.Didn't Debbie used to be a 'dancer' in her younger days? Not fair to put her up against complete newbies.

*actually, she's younger than I thought

About the only disappointment was Shania Twain who didn't impress me much.![]()
Susan is a god in our house. Anyone who chooses to live openly as 'other' have no doubt received enough hate and prejudice from the daily mail, trump brigade without getting sniped at by their own 'community'. But I can see their point - its ok to middle england that they are on a prime time entertainment show but not acceptable for them to dance with someone of the same sex, but I still think it's better for them to be on the show than not (and I'm guessing the potential opportunities are hard to turn down in the real world). We both Like Susan Calman. It is odd that she is taking so much flack from the lgbt community for dancing with a man but those women are most likely men haters, feminism is a great thing but some go a little too far.
Surely not! he is this years Dad dancer who we keep in because they make us laugh.Excellent show and a fitting tribute to Brucie.

I thought the same, which is odd because Shania Twain is normally vocally very powerful, but it didn't come across at all. I've often thought the same with other singers who appear on Strictly, so I wonder if it's something to do with how it's produced?
I did wonder if that was the case. Shame because although I can't say I'm a big fan she is a good singer.Shania was definitely miming ,and badly as well .
judging by the amount of autotuning something was wrong somewhere. I've always hated her songs for their awful earworm qualities but this was such a nondescript song that it didn't even linger like a bad smellI did wonder if that was the case. Shame because although I can't say I'm a big fan she is a good singer.

I have heard of most of them, even though I watch very little tv.
