Digital Spy reckon that Pammie and Kara consistently got fewer public votes than the others and were thus overscored by the judges in order to try and keep them in. Oooh, I lurve a good conspiracy theory

Do they normally reveal who got what votes each week at the end of the series?

I think eventually they should move to system where the judges comment and score, but their scores are 'just for fun' (where have I heard that before - wasn't it Hughie Green?). Or maybe allow the studio audience to have electronic voting and let their score feature alongside the judges scores - but again, just for fun. Let the votes from the audience at home decide the actual outcome.

I don't vote because I disagree with the notion of paying for something just to express an opinion when I've already paid a licence fee (why don't they allow online voting?) - but if I did, I would vote for Kara.

I don't think they do announce who the public had voted for over the series - but digital spy certainly seem to have some insider info, although I can't vouch for the veracity of the comments about the voting!

I'm not convinced about it being entirely down to public voting as you can't make people vote on dancing skills rather than the fact that they happen to take their shirt off a lot etc. Don't like the lack of dance-off this year either, but that's because it makes the results show a non-event more than anything else.

Just watched Strictly Come Dancing ITT on BBC2.

Artem was dancing in his usual wonderful way...... with James as his partner in the Rumba.

I thought that was very funny. James seemed totally up for it but Artem was too busy laughing!
