I only noticed it was flat when I went to get on the bike to go to work this morning. Not having done one on this bike for an age, I've no idea how hard it will be to get the tyre off. Will look at it later if I can find the time.

The PF has been following me around for a couple of weeks, changing tubes is really easy and only takes ten minutes, thank god for working illuminated bus shelters.

You didn't prep the bike last night?

You didn't prep the bike last night?

I pumped the tyres up to 120 psi last night and put the lights back on, noticed it didn't feel right when I picked it up this morning.

Fenwick's no-tube sealer in your inner tubes, 1000 x better than slime and 1000 x better than fixing at side of road on a cold dark night, been using this now for 2 years and can't recommend enough, in my cross and road bike.
