Stuck BB bearing cup

Trying to extract RH bottom bracket cup which won't budge.
It's fairly standard 20-splined tool in use.
Anyone any ideas, please?

That's a left hand thread so use the sheldon brown technique it does work 'cus I've done it - Bottom Bracket cup removal last resort give it a little warm with a brazing torch.
