Cholesterol-reducing joghurt drinks. I don't have a cholesterol problem but, with kidney problems, my doctor wants me to keep my levels about 40% lower than normal safe levels so advised me to take them and eat porridge until I pooed pure oats. Meanwhile, those yogs just hide in the back of the fridge.
I like everything that's been mentioned, other than beetroot, which I'm not keen on (tho' I'll eat it without complaint) and cholesterol-reducing yoghurt drinks, which I've never had. Celery is a waste of space but hating it seems a tad extreme.
