well i think iv heard it all now i ordered a new camping stove with 8 bottles of gas (it was a good deal ). then working days later i get a message from the company i ordered from saying they have had to cancel my order and have refunded me in full. the reason they give for canceling my order is that there courier refuses to transport such items, im guessing its the gas canisters but the company haven't replied to my message asking for a proper reason.
in my reply to the company which is a largish company/shop on ebay with the trusted ebay seller icon thinggy, i did point out that they are a camping/outdoor supplies that sell lots and lots of different camping items including stoves, heaters, and of course gas cylinders in all different sizes and shapes. and i also pointed out that they dont have a pay and collect bit like some places do now, so all there stuff is sent via post/courier, and i may have made a few remarks about how stupid it is to sell stuff that you haven't even checked if you can send it. i also may have made a few comments about the lack of brain power it would take to sell things that you cant send, and that its not exactly brain surgery. and why the hell has it taken 2 full working days for you to bother telling me and why the hell haven't they tried a different courier.
it just dont make sense to me how they have done that and also how many other people have they done it to ?
the worst thing is because they opened a case to cancel the transaction its removed the leave feedback button so i cant even leave them bad feed back.
