If the driver was a man, would this be a 'stupid man vent'? Or a 'stupid driver vent'?

If the OP said "stupid man vent" would anyone batted an eyelid?,would anyone think he was making sweeping statements about a gender?. I don't think so.
As for the race bit you cant compare the two situations, "woman" has no negative connotation. When you play the race card things get much more complicated. Thanks to the extremely sensitive nature of race it becomes very hard to discuss without stepping on a potential landmine.

At the end of the day, you can not read subtext into a post. If you can get past the word "woman" in the OP and read the post it is obvious that the author makes no attempt to slight women in any way. He uses none of the readily available slurs nor does he slander the gender in any way in the post, in the words of rafa - fact
