Hi,

I've taken out a sufferfest plan and a bit overwhelmed with choice with the training plans. I've set it up now but none of the plans seem relevant. I'm recovering from a knee injury for the last three months and very unfit at the moment. So I did 20 mins of the 'getting away with it' video (great visuals) and knee is fine. So goals are to lose 8 kgs to get back to 75kg, increase fitness and get back up to static/road cycling for 90 mins 3-4 times a week. I'm not allowed to cycle on the roads yet (specialist opinion). Can someone recommend a plan? Would I be novice or intermediate? Do I choose with strength ? Apologies for silly questions.

I did the novice/beginner 12 week road plan post my knee op. My ftp pre op was 255 at 72 but I put it at 180w at 78 kilos- that’s what 8 weeks in a knee brace does 😁- and sttarted from there. I wasn’t so proud that I didn’t dial down the intensity of a ride if it produced more than a twinge in the knee. The plan starts off nice and easy.

So I set this up and did the rest/recovery session. Nothing too strenuous for half an hour. Not sure I understand the middle symbol yet. Heart rate on the left was 140ish, cadence I kept as it said at 90 and the middle one was 67 but my reading was double that!

Also, how do I delete these black 'non events'? I incurred them trying to set the thing going etc
