castrol engine oil works a treat never fails for me. using forget the name but industrial degreaser before applying and cleaning the chain/cassette and outer and inner chain ring then soak in a plastic container for each for a day or couple of days. then i hang with wire and let them drip off the excess oil for a day or couple of days after which i then lightly wipe down with a cloth. perfect smooth slient and responsive shifting in all weather.
