The K-Edge saddle rail mount will be useless if you want to keep your saddle bag. You can't use both at the same time and get a decent angle.
A RAM system (as @BSRU suggested) would probably fit your needs.

Thanks for dropping in, mate. Excellent video! Mounts 2 and 3 look nice, so where would I get them? I've seen nothing like them before.
I had to remove the Topeak Dynapack seat post-mounted saddle bag to make room for it, which is a pity, since I like that particular brand and model of saddle bag. Instead I'm using a Deuter top tube-mounted bag, and one of those barrel-shaped handlebar-mounted bags: between those two, I can carry just about anything I really need to take with me. I am of course using mudguards, and (thanks to my long legs and 6'3" height) my seat post is extended fairly high, so the rear
