That definately sounds like covering up is a good idea. The CC top is ideal but I don't know how available these would be maybe you could go direct to Endura and ask for something similar. I checked the make of my club long sleeve and its ReArtu, To me the ReArtu feels slightly lighter/ cooler but there's not much in it and I don't know how available that make is either.

He's got one - sent it today. I now have one medium long sleeve long zip, blue left!

Next order probably September ready for Christmas I hope.

Quite like the look of that, and one of the short sleeved summer tops too.... but including the postage that'd be £70 for two tops. Maybe next year!

To the OP, no one has yet mentioned that if the purpose of covering your arms is to keep off the sun, the purpose-designed "arm skins" (coupled with s/s jersey) are ideal. There are various priced options available, and they usually come in white, but if you're on a tight budget, Lusso (THE cheap brand) actually make a super-thin lycra arm warmer (in black) that is NOT roubaix/fleece lined, unlike most arm-warmers, so these would keep your arms covered, yet cool, rather than covered and warm.
