So i done dragon hill....i wouldn`t be doing that again anytime soon, being a stone overweight and not having the fitness i had in the summer made me struggle on it
i will give it a bash in the summer when my fitness improves
Keep doing the climb every week or two. Don't wait until you feel ready. I made that mistake and trained on flat ground. I then ofund that climbing requires different skills. I could keep up with the club on the flat, but I went backwards on the hills.

I do a few hills, i have some good climbs on my doorstep, am just a stone overweight and i took 6 weeks of the bike near the end of last year and it shows...
