Woke up at 5 wondering if I'd beat @sungod : nope.
Today looks like more couch time. The thumb strain has calmed down and the various leg lacerations are healing nicely but the clavicle is still sore.
Mrs Wakemalcolm has kindly offered to take me out for a walk. The weather's promising and she recognises that I've got that post adventure squirm that comes with not quite knowing what to do with yourself afterwards.

Heat wave over, topping out at 23C in my corner of Kentshire today. Which is just as well because I'm going for a ride in a bit. Later is undecided, may watch a bit of the F1.
