Sunny again, not quite as chilly as yesterday morning. Home alone so bike ride with pal later then decide on whether to bother cooking tonight.

It’s a bit grey here but forecast says it will sunny at some point. No cycling today as I need to walk Bertie and pick Mrs W from the station when she returns from Jockland. Cleaned bathroom to earn some brownie points but I suspect if I mention it when asked what I’ve been doing, it will be “ what do you want a medal”😂

Oh I can go better than that: Mrs Wakemalcolm will see that I've done some cleaning (which I won't have mentioned) then performatively decide that whatever I've cleaned needs to be the subject of a deep clean (with much exhalation).

Anyhow, no haar today and after haranguing the family to do C25K, I find myself endlessly playing catch up. Went out earlier, and it's freezing.

More revision support today, maybe punctuated with mowing the lawn if I'm lucky.

I was responding to a comment in the Beans jolly walk adventure with pictures thread. An emergency post if you like, hence my absence.
Plus, I had set the alarm for 6.30am for a very early pedal and... it was raining, so I went back to sleep.
I probably needed it as I crashed out and now feel like a zombie. Pedalling after recovery as the sun is out.

knee still playing up so bailed on a long ride this morning but i might go out this afternoon for a shorter spin , went to the tip instead and the queue was massive and didnt move for over 20 mins
Coffee and nibble time before i do some fettling on the commuter .
anniversary of passing of MIL so it will be a sombre day here .

Headed home from Nottingham shortly after a very good gig and some late-ish drinking, so feeling a tiny bit fuzzy round the gills this morning. Will chill on the train and do more chilling when I get home.
