Just seen tickets on sale for U2's next world tour in 2015, $2500hkd (205 pounds) a ticket!!!!!!:eek:

Surely they're not that desperate for the money.

They have to do something to recoup the money they lost out from their last album when they gave it away to forced it upon everyone with an iTunes account.

I dunno... they give an album away and people moan. They charge to see them and people moan.

Bit of a difference between giving an album away and forcing it onto people's devices 'cos they have an iTunes account.

I would love to see U2 Live, but for many people in my area, £205 is a weeks wage or at the least half a weeks wages.

I understand that the music industry has reversed & that now a band make much less from album sales & lot's from touring, but come on Bono & friends, you are all filthy rich, so why ?
