I can't be the only person who, when I cycle to work, gets rather sweaty. I have no shower facilities at work.

How do you guys freshen up when you get where you're going?

Lots on here use baby wipes.

Any recommendations on any particular brands of baby wipes? Doesn't that get quite expensive after a while?

Baby wipes, a manky old dry towel, and lashings of Hi Karate was my old routine.

I was blessed with fantastic shower and changing facilities when I worked full time, so I was very lucky.

And, purely on that basis, I would never ever have considered cycling to work without them.

Baby wipes or no baby wipes, I reckon I would have felt dirty and smelly without a shower and a shave.

Nice clean shirt and dapper suit mixed with sweaty, greasy hair!

Yuk, no thanks.

Just saying like.

I keep a shoe bag, on the back of the door in the cloakroom, with baby wipes for under arms, anti- perspirant, hair brush and spare undies in case I forget anything in my back pack. I wash my face with water. I roll up my clean top/blouse and that goes on top of everything else in the back pack. I also allow time to cool down before I'm expected to be presentable to start work.
