"Its not the cyclist who is the prosecutor but the police"..sure and how will the police find out about such incidents, if people don't make a fuss now and again?

Interesting part is there is no talk of action being taken against the 'person grabbing the bike and throwing it onto the pavement."

What crime did that person commit?
One would imagine that grabbing a bike and thowing it onto a pavement would cause damage of some form. Don't know if it would constitute criminal damage but I would assume that or some similar offence would have been committed. Not saying the cyclist was right though, far from it.

Here for rides.
Are any of the SC&P denizens Swedish? It sounds just like a dozen I could name.
Dunno, but as this is quite a big story at work you will want to note that about 80% of my work colleagues think the driver was in the wrong and the cyclist is to be admired.

But this is common sense gone mad. If your driving a truck of that size along a single track country road and you come across a vehicle or a cyclist coming in the opposite direction, you both have to sort it out the best you can. It Happens often out in the Danish countryside with Milk collecting vehicles, animal transporters etc, and I have never had a problem.

I think there is more to this than is being reported. But all the cyclist had to do was move onto the pavement, let the vehicles past and carry on. But whatever the true story is, they managed to hold up 30 other vehicles. You cant just reverse a vehicle of that size back up a single track country Lane.
