Dunno, but as this is quite a big story at work you will want to note that about 80% of my work colleagues think the driver was in the wrong and the cyclist is to be admired.

Hah!

Well, yeah kudos in a King Canut kind of way.

Maybe it was his "Falling Down" moment.

Maybe they should reboot that movie but as a cyclist

The cyclist was just a complete jerk in this instance and didn't do anything to further the cause of cyclists.

It's true, someone I rode past burst into laughter this morning, I guess they must have read this story.

Shakes fist at mule-head Swede.

Danes and Swedes have very different views to UK folk to following the rules. As reported locally, in cph and sthlm, it appears the driver broke the rules, and the cyclist was following them, qed the driver is in the wrong and the cyclist to be admired for standing on his rights under the rule of law.

Of the person who grabbed the bike, well one colleague said "typical, this behaviour shows Swedish culture is becoming more European." They didn't mean that as a compliment.

What is the cause of cyclists? Their parents?

Who mentioned might? Not me.

Do you not think it's faintly ridiculous to waste 10 minutes arguing over 10 seconds being wasted?
Obviously whenever one's rights are impinged upon by the actions of another who is in a position of greater "strength", one should not waste any time trying to defend one's rights but simply cave in, every single time, because... well...

... might is right.

It seems extreme to crush morons, but I get your drift, just take the bike away first.
