NB This one does have a blade.

I also did the same; packed a SAK in my first aid kit. Armed guards in Sri Lanka searched my backpack but didn't notice the knife. When I left the airport I threw the knife away!I accidentally took my small SAK in my backpack, from UK to Portugal in an aeroplane. It didn't ring bells at security, nor was it spotted during a search!
TBH the knife blades on my Swarmy knife get barely any use and i doubt i'd miss them if they weren't there.
The corkscrew on the other hand...

Wine you say? They all have screw tops now don't they?
err... nope.
