Anyways, I always find going for a ride in "bracing" weather quickly clears up the after-effects of any such sessions.

It might have done if I'd of had a breakfast before riding.

I was the same just before Christmas, thought I'd overdone it the day after the Christmas Party (I only had a couple of pints) but just got worse and bronchitis was diagnosed this morning.
