Taking a Brompton on a Stena ferry

[All uphill]

Is it luggage or a bike?

Am I a foot passenger or a cyclist?

Anyone have any experience of this, please?

A quick Google, gave me this ..

Stena Line welcomes folding bikes, treating them as luggage if folded, allowing them to be carried on by foot passengers without extra fees. They can be kept in cabins or designated areas. If unfolded, they may be treated as standard bicycles, requiring a small fee on certain routes.

But you should confirm with their customer service dept.

I've taken a Brompton on Brittany ferries as a complete bike. Less hassle than being a foot passenger.
