If you have an Android phone...
So it was only overpriced by about £100 then? There are genuine iPad bargains to be had on eBay. I got a new one for £100 less than the then shop price.

depends what you want really and how good your i.t skills are. if you want something that is designed to work and do the basics , go for an ipad device.
if you want something you can customise to your hearts desire (ie theme, home screens), which can run loads of applications in the background go for an android.
i see the market for ipads being peps who were not brought up with computers or want something that will run the one app you want at a time.

I bought a scroll extreme - 10".
does all i need, android wise.
got 200 books on it - most freebies if you look hard enough.
runs powerpoints, internet radio, several book apps etc
£180 is a lot less than apple![]()
