So it's nothing to do with illegal bikes rather then the police yet again being heavy handed with another member of the public

And not "facing the sack" either, just being investigated.

Doesn't sound terrible! In my Fuji's defense that is with a rack and 32mm tyres.. it's certainly no TdF contender but did enable me to recover (amongst other things) 4. 4 litres of Guinness and 1.6kg of mayonnaise from the shop last night

shifters 2200 (?) missing shifter window
crankset 52/ 38
42 cm bars, bar tape ripped
saddle had a rip on the corner
After a little thought i have left it out for the scrap man as i would need to spend a fair chunk to get it rideable
