I took the "other" route home to take advantage of the wind direction...
About to climb out of the Ammer valley, where work is, to the Neckar valley, where home is. Würmlingen Chapel on the top of the hill. Picture taken from about here.
Riding along the edge of the Neckar Valley towards Rottenburg. Usually I ride along the flat flood plain in the background, but this route gave me a headwind for the first two thirds of the journey.

Worn out. Been on an all day conference, so pootled back home. Think the heat got me. Just been down the local pub for two pints and some Malaysian food (the owners are from Malaysia and Hong Kong). Just what I needed. Don't think I'll be long from going to bed.
