Rainalarm ... basically it monitors the met office weather radar and if any rain gets near it beeps, etc.
I've got the pro version (£1.50 i think) and have used another app to make three ringtones that
speak the words "drizzle / rain / downpour" ... then have set rainalarm pro to use either of these
when rain is within 15 miles.

Hell i'm one proper nerd.

I've got rainalarm as well but just the freebee version as well as it on my browser on my works PC. Good gizmo and a must for people on 2 wheels :becool:

Well worth getting the paid for version as you can reconfigure the range, alert times, etc.
I've had my old HTC desire yell out "DOWNPOUR" in a works meeting ... so i've set up the alert times now.

So what do you do when rain alarm tells you it's going to rain?

Best apps I've found so far are Tweetdeck and Feedr
