England : Staffordshire Tamworth Cycling Club

Tamworth CC are a small, albeit very friendly club & we would certainly welcome
any new members. We are affiliated to British Cycling, Cycling Time Trials & the
Burton & District Cycling Alliance.

We meet up at 8pm on the first and third Monday of each month (except Bank
Holiday Mondays) at Tamworth Rugby Club (Wigginton Manor), Wigginton Park,
Tamworth, B79 8ED, please feel free to come down and meet us. We have plenty
of knowledge and experience between us that may be of help to you, including an
official C & G approved Specialist Wheel Builder.

Several members compete in Sportive's and Time Trials, however the most popular
events are Audax rides. Official weekend club runs do not usually take place during
the summer (due to riders taking part in various organised events), but will usually
commence at the start of November until March.

Membership fees for 2012 are £15 (Senior and Vet). If you need any further
information, please contact me or even better pop down on a club night.

Tamworth CC are now running regular Sunday club runs. Starting from the cafe in the Casle Grounds at 09:30 for a steady 30ish mile loop including a cake stop (this can be extended for anyone wanting to ride further) Ideal for beginners "no one will get left behind".
