Same here . Been 21 years now since last one as just can't decide exactly what I want. Daughters getting interested in one and has an idea what she wants so looks like it's going to be her visit that spurs me on finally !

Personally I'd get a pannier because even after its healed they can age quickly and not look as vibrant if they are getting rubbed all the time.

Never knew rubbing faded them, thought sunlight was the great enemy
