Coming home the other morning I was cycling up a hill in a residential area, lots of parked cars, little room for overtaking.
I can hear a car pretty much right up my backside, and at the first slim chance he's off, barely missing me, then he mounts the pavement TWICE at speed to pass a bin lorry and another waiting vehicle, drawing in round the corner where he sits idling waiting on his hire.
Taking the opportunity I let North Lanarkshire Council cab No68 know exactly what I thought of his driving skills. Twunt.
