TdeF good for London

Have just read in Bike Biz that the TdeF brought in an estimated £120 million profit for London.

Wonder what the Olympics will do.........

where did that £120m go?

It's the additional profits made by business in the capital as a direct result of the tour.

Somewhere I have the amount spent by TFL on the event. I'll dig it out.

Read similar myself, I think old Ken only had to shell out about £8M for it.
