Mostly tea (Aldi's Fairtrade ) - especially when I have chocolate, I MUST have tea with chocolate....it isn't the same without.

I occasionally have coffee at home but strangely, when I go to 'a certain coffe franchise shop' I feel obliged to drink coffee every time!!!

Do I need to get the spray plaster out?
Is this now the "out of the closet" Tea? thread

White tea without sugar or a nice instant coffee with milk and one sugar works for me.

If I'm in the mood I'll make a coffee in the push down thingy.

Not too keen on the cappuccino's from Costa, feel like I'm paying for half a cup of froth although their croissants are rather agreeable.

Always 'fresh' coffee early - mostly like this. (I'm a lightweight at this, but my son is 'embedded' in the regime.)
Crikey! Does it work for him? No wonder it's creamy coffee!
2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tbspns of MCT Oil in your mug - in both senses!
for max energy, weight loss and brain function - this bit makes me think you haven't tried it yet Apé:whistle:

Naughty boy, Richard! ^_^
I have honest,...I'm just looking after 30kgs for someone else! My brian power has improved and I have doubled my I.Q. (opens door..)
(It's taking a long time to derail this thread - 'bout time Shaun had a clean up don't you think...get rid of all the mundane stuff. At least it'll save me posting anything!)

We were to have a German couple coming to stay with us but the wife phoned to say they can't make it now. He's as bald as a coot so I was going to call him Herr Loss. Shame I'll have to save the gag till next time.
Ach, tung in cheek stuff gone to waist again, Rich. Next, you'll be telling me this 'ordinary Joe', (Herr Loss) had a penchant for Rooibos, and was a bit of a Red Herren...

Just having a nice cup of tea and a life of banana cake from the freezer (defrosted obvs).

A life of banana cake, intriguing!
