Tea? (Part 1)

I don't usually post in here, but as a gesture of solidarity I will tonight. Can I have a mug of peppermint tea please? With perhaps a small glass of Laphroaig to wash it down, since it's Saturday.

I don't think I have had anything other than coffee since being out here. Oh, actually I did have one of those weird amazonian matte things. Tastes like earth. Ok... I went for a sushi blowout last night. With beer. Yum. I haven't been eating much here (trying to get down to racing weight again), so that was the first big meal I have had for ages.

Finally home and having tea.

Just back from delivering a car load of firewood this evening.
I'd also spent the day moving about 7 ton of cobbles. It was only from a house 5 doors away but I had to use the car and trailer. The trip computer said I had averaged 4.3 mpg at <1 mph for half a mile, mostly in reverse, for the 8 or 9 trips!

Dad helped and moved over a ton of paving edging bricks just using a wheel barrow.

Tomorrow I will move about 50 cube (cubic feet) of timber and then next weekend I will move the remaining 2 tons of concrete kerbs.

Hard work makes me feel so alive!
