Out last night, after a lecture, the pub had something called "Spring Ale" or something like that. Interesting colour....

The flash has affected it a bit - it was basically a very pale green. Didn't taste odd, just tasted like a very light ale, which is what it was.... The worst bit was before it settled, it looked like water after you've washed a lot of poster paint brushes in it....

A leg of lamb is quite big (lots of stuffing). Would a chop/cutlet do?
A string of sausages would be too easy....
It could be a small leg. Anything so long as it's recognisably meat...;)

St Patrick's Day special?

I think I'd rather have tea. Any on the go or do I need to go and put the kettle on?

You can pack that it. Right now!;)

Just had call from Brixton cycles to confirm the Roadrat will be arriving tomorrow, headset & brakes to be fitted on Monday.:laugh:
Plus the day's real bonus, I got a call this morning confirming the Govt. bursary for my Cycling Instructor's course and it is exactly the same amount as the frame and bits are costing.:laugh:
How Fuggin' sweet is that?:laugh::biggrin:

Gimmie sum o' that delicious tea!:biggrin:

Harkers. Not somewhere I'd go normally myself, but we have a regular lecture series, and one of our postgrads works there, so we always go there to buy the speaker dinner. I don't think it was a St Patricks day thing, I think it's the spring connotation of green they are getting at...

Spoilsport;). Actually I prefer my donuts filled with jam or apple sauce.

Sounds like things are on a roll for you. That's fantastic! Have a cuppa on me.
