Right, I'm off home, via Sainsburys. Run out of cheese!

Won't be around much tomorrow, I'm tied up all day in this conference thingy. Now, do I practise my talk to check if it runs to time, or wing it....

I'm the last one of the day, so they'll all be desperate to get to the wine and nibbles anyway... And we have a meal out in the evening. How posh is that! (not very, it's Italian. Should be nice though)

Now I have 3 unrideable bikes and a 50 miler in the morning.
Currently sulking as I can't get a grip off the flat bar and I don't want to destroy it.

I worked with a variation on the theme....
Handle of tea spoon under the grip, squirt of M*ck *ff and a hefty twist with an oven glove!!

Then I'm stuck until the morning when I can go and get new brake & gear cables.
Obviously had I known I'd try the build today I'd have bought them already.

OK, here we go.
Thought I'd post pics before I start splitting chains and get all mucky.

When it came to the rear cable hanger I went for a tiny bit of Surly punk/safety pin style 'Bling'.
