Thanks, but it'll have to stay in the pot. I'm off to bed shortly. My body still thinks it's an hour later than it is and knows it cycled 50 odd miles yesterday:sad:.

And I'm having a quiet ale. Got the fixie built up again  and thought I'd give it a go with clips'n'straps rather than SPuDs ;). It's all working rather nicely - I can ride in normal trainers, and the hills will have THE POWER back in my legs by the summer!

Still loving the Roadra TD?

You can never have too much tea. Silly man.:smile:

Landers, (the)Roadra is still awesome.
Need to have another go at balancing the rear brakes, tidy up, shorten some cable casings, get new brake blocks and cables to replace the ones I scrounged from the other bikes. Developed a hearty pedal click as well today, so must check that out too.;) 'tsk' fettle fettle fettle..............;)

Morning all, kettle's on. Feeling the effects of Sunday in my legs today, riding in was a bit like riding through glue. Plus, my bum hurts. Just thought I'd let you all know....

Waiting for the mags to arrive for envelope stuffing....

Morning all. One sugar, please.

I know that glue feeling, Arch. I didn't have any trouble getting to work yesterday (except for the merciless, howling head-breeze) - my legs seemed to be on autopilot. But walking was an effort; someone had filled my shoes with lead shot I think.

Yes, another cup, thanks...

Morning CP!

No need to return the book - I've done a tour of that bit of the Rhine a few years ago now. Just put the book into circulation when you're done.
