Sorry corvette, congrats on the bike. I've only ever had one from new, and that was a Halfords ladies bikes before I properly into cycling. I hope you bond quickly, and have many happy adventures together....

It is Friday today, is it not? Does not feel like Friday for some reason. I suppose not working, and not having a full diary, and being at home with two cats, means that I lose track of the day of the week.

I have loads of things I could do, but for various reasons, not feel like doing them. Perhaps I should go round to IanRauk's with my vacuum cleaner, and lots of elbow grease.

I gather it's cuts and bruises and a broken collarbone.

I'm ashamed to admit that I'd probably have given up after the second day, and just let it settle, then go in with a shovel...
