I bring condolences and commiserations to those in need of it. Biccies for everyone else. I cannot go out on my bike for a few weeks, hurt my back falling over backwards while playing badminton, and twisted it again a few days later getting out of the way of a bolting horse.
Please do not be jealous - well ok if you must. I have been invited to tea this afternoon at my sister in laws - as it is my 50th birthday on Wednesday.
