It's a simple proposition, Tea?
Would you/anyone like a cup of tea?

I think you are missing the point of it being a 'virtual' tea room and some of the behaviours and comestibles are of course invented or imaginary.

Hmmm... I don't get the point of a 'virtual' cup of tea, or indeed how you can even have a 'virtual' cup of tea, but I'll not keep digging for an explanation if there isn't one...

I'm a tad worried that miloat hasn't reported back.

Maybe he's done what col said and gone to A+E ?

Well, OK, it was all set up as an excuse for me to flirt with Waffles and Arch (and tdr1nka:blush:), if that's an explanation that makes more sense!;)

Really, no deep meaning. It's just somewhere to natter.

Indeed. I share the concern re miloat.
Hi, BTW.

And Bonj, it's a simple enough concept. It's an invitation to drink virtual tea and have a natter, That's it. It's not rocket science.
It's capable of being understood by the most futile of inteligent life forms.

AT the moment, I'm drinking REAL coffee. If I wanted to go about drinking some of the "virtual" tea that's being handed out, how would I go about doing that? Does it involve face-to-monitor contact of some sort?

I don't see why we can't have virtual cups of tea. Lord of the Teapot has a 2 dimensional teapot in his signature which is obviously a theoretically perfect teapot living in the platonic realm.
