Evenings, I've survived my first London commute, and it's all looking gravy!

Top tip: 44:16 on a 16" wheel is not a good top (only) gear.
Fortunately for me, it wasn't my gear!
I think London may lead me into all sorts of bad cycling habits...

We were pretty well-behaved, no RLJs, but there was a certain degree of scooting down a one-way street the wrong way. Need to work on the best route - we gave the big roads the swerve.

Yeah. I looked at the map and the streets between Feet Street and the Euston Rd. are a rats nest of bad road management. Sorry if it was too mad a route I suggested as the alternative.

The back streets seem pretty good on the way back, it's just St Pancras > Fleet St that ran into difficulties...
I've walked down Grays Inn Road and the like before, and reckon I'd have scooted down them on my fixie or similar, I just take a more relaxed and less assertive approach when I'm on the (much slower) folder.
