A bit, but I'm not really sure. Got more sleep last night tho which has helped.
These things always improve in the day then get worse again at night.
I'm just taking things easy for the next few days, luckily I can.
There is the question of a meeting I have to attend tonight which is in Crystal Palace and means tackling a hill which can be tough in good health but will look like Mont Ventoux to my snot addled brain.
It's a clarty hack day, granny gears a go-go.

Plastered again...
Ah well. Took MrW to horse spittle for ultrasound. Tendon is gone. robably hadn't healed properly first time around. He's back in plaster. Got to go back on Tuesday to see the consultant to decide if it's operation time..
It's likely another 3 months in plaster anyhow. B&gg&r.
