No biskits for me please. Not even suggestives (hurrah, someone else who calls them that!) on account of being portly. I'd love some cake, but I'm not allowed that either. Just a cuppa please....;)

Chuffy this seems the sort of venue for the usage of quaint expressions.
Col said yesterday, "Ta muchly", I have not heard that for ages.

Col, I hope you are feeling better today, sounds like you have a busy day planned (according to "What plans for the weekend). I may need several strong cups of tea today. I went to a Chiropractor yesterday about the pain in my back . She warned me I might feel worse, before it gets better, by gum she was right. It hurts in places it did not hurt before, especially my shoulders. Does anyone know how to give a soothing, gentle massage?

I am feeling very terrible today, stiff neck, aching shoulders, aching legs and a headache that won't go away. I tried to get some gentle exercise today, out in the sunshine.

Lots of tea and sympathy required, and tlc, and maltesers, and pecan plaits I think.;) Fortunately I am able to have small quantities of stronger beverage than tea.

Now I will put my feet up (shoes off). some one might have to tie my shoelaces for me, when I want to put my shoes back on. (I have got clean socks on, and clean feet). Brock does a very good shoulder massage, but he is not here just now.
